Land and Environment Court decision handed down

The decision in Eastlakes Golf Club v Botany Bay City Council [2006] NSWLEC 343 was handed down by the Court on 24 August 2006. The member involved in this important decision (Outdoor Elements Pty Ltd, Brian Tyquin) is finalising revised plans in accordance with the Orders of the Court. The Council has 30 days to appeal the decision.
