Helen Willoughby
Chief Executive OfficerHelen Willoughby is the Chief Executive Officer of the Outdoor Media Association (OMA). Her role is to promote the benefits and professionalism of the industry, much of which is regulated through state and local government.
Helen has more than 15 years experience in public affairs, issues management and communications. Her career has spanned both the public and private sectors and has included acting as senior media and communications advisor to a number of State and Federal Ministers. Helen has also held executive positions at Hill and Knowlton and the Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation. Prior to being appointed Chief Executive of the OMA, Helen was the Group General Manager of Communications at RailCorp.
Candice Scott
Marketing and Events Coordinator
Candice is responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives which include the OMA's annual creative awards program, developing promotional materials and a regular industry newsletter, updating research and managing media coverage. Candice also maintains the OMA website on an ongoing basis and facilitates industry events.
Rosemary Roberts
Office Manager
Rosemary manages the OMA office on a day to day basis, and provides executive support to the CEO and the OMA team. This includes maintaining OMA's finance, human resources and information technology systems, as well as assisting with the MOVE project.
Carolyn Samsa
Senior Policy Adviser
Carolyn Samsa is the OMA's Senior Policy Adviser. Her responsibilities include liaising with industry regulators, writing position papers and submissions which support the interests of the industry, developing policy initiatives, advising the CEO and industry members on issues management and stakeholder consultation. Prior to working with the OMA, Carolyn was a Senior Policy Analyst in the RTA's NSW Centre for Road Safety.
Michael Jackson
Queensland Business Manager
Michael is the OMA's Business Manager in Queensland where there are a large number of independent companies in addition to the major operators. Michael has a strong background in government relations, business development and has worked extensively in the construction and health sectors.
